LTT believe in open bookkeeping because we are answerable to those who donate who have a right to know where their funds are going.
We are looking at 4 sources of income:

1. Income from the development fee from the tours
2. Income from donations from the public
3. Income from donations specifically related to independent property development initiatives
4. Income from business which have a link with LTT

We are looking at 3 sources of expenditure:

1. Project management and governance costs
2. Fixed and variable costs of operations
3. Community Development schemes and capacity building
