Human Rights 2009
Human Rights Day
Nailsea School asked the Livingstone Tanzania Trust to come and visit the school on the 9th December 2009 to talk about poverty, food security and education as part of their Human Rights Day. This was a very exciting day with great enthusiasm from the students and teachers and we were delighted to be involved.
The Livingstone Tanzania Trust want all the young people to understand what poverty means to people in Tanzania and to understand that it does not need to be this way, poverty can be alleviated and we are showing practical steps as to how.
